Perfect for small products, these egg-shaped plastic covers are made up of four translucent diffusion panels. These "original" Cocoons are made of a specially formulated plastic that offers optimum light transmission and diffusion.
Each features 3 portholes so you can shoot your product from overhead, at an angle or horizontally. Unlike perfectly even light boxes, Cocoons eliminate the blooming of digital highlights and can be lit with sunlight, full-spectrum fluorescent, HMI or flash.
Each is specifically designed for the angle of view and focus needed by a 55-60mm macro lens on a 35mm camera or equivalent. To change background colours, simply u7nzip the Cocoon and insert a paper backdrop cut to size. Available in 3 sizes and all models disassemble for easy storage.
