This offset arm allows an LCD monitor to be mounted on a camera handle to one side. This enables the cameraman to still use the view finder whilst the directors and focus pullers can see what is being recorded. Directors and assistants can also see the shots without getting in the way of the cameraman. Any LCD can be mounted onto this offset arm which is in turn mounted into place on the camera handle using the 1/4" threaded hole at the front. Teletest OZLxxxx LCD monitors can be fixed to the arm by screwing the OZA3010 screw mounting tool (included) through the LCD stand. This gives a 360° view in a 3-axis rotation. D-View monitors would benefit from an optional ball and socket mount (OZA3202 / OZA3205) fitted to the arm to give angles of view in all directions.
