This 16/9 LCD is designed for broadcasters and the most demanding professional. It is perfect as a widescreen monitor replacing the smaller 4/3 LCD screen built into many camcorders.
It has an extremely bright, high quality screen with a wide angle of view and negligable overscan. It is very compact and light, making it ideal for mounting on the smallest of DV camcorders.
CONNECTORS / CONTROLS:
The unit has an unbreakable BNC socket for the video input. Adjustments can be made by dedicated controls on the front of the unit and several on the rear.
POWER:
The unit can be powered from Sony or Canon 7.2V Li-ion battery adapters (optional) and has a very useful low battery indicator. It can also be powered by 12VDC from a camera or a mains PSU.
MOUNTING:
Almost anywhere using the 1/4" Whitworth screw threads on the unit and the stand.
ACCESSORIES:
There are many optional accessories for the OZL2450. The most popular is the carry case with built in sunhood and splash proof screen which protects the unit when shooting outdoors.
