Two rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries, EN-MH1 are compatible with both COOLPIX 3100 and 2100. The battery powers the 3100 for approx. 80 min.; and approx. 120 min. for 2100. It can be recharged repeatedly using the compatible battery charger MH-70.
