This 2/3 inch Dual Roll Feed Spindle (High Tension) is used with certain media types that require high tension such as Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper, Epson Synthetic Paper, Epson Adhesive Synthetic Paper. It can be adjusted to accommodate both 2" and 3" core media.
