AC adapter is highly recommended as an option for providing a more
stable power source when downloading pictures from the camera to the
computer. Battery power can often fail during downloading which can
cause loss of data. Not appropriate for the CP-FXA10/CP-FX420 cradle or
NH-10/NH-20 battery re-charge.
