We are not able to repair your equipment in store, but we can take in equipment needing repair and send it off to the appropriate company to be assessed and repaired where possible. Times for the return of equipment are approximate.

Sensor Cleaning

When dust or other airborne particles land on your camera’s sensor, it wreaks havoc on all of your images. That’s why it’s important to have your sensor checked and cleaned on a regular basis.

Calumet is proud to introduce our sensor-cleaning service available at retail stores across the country*.

Sensor cleaning at Manchester:

Monday – Thursday operates as a 24 hour service
Friday drop off – would be ready for Monday afternoon

NO CLEANING ON SATURDAY

In all cases please call the store before dropping off the camera to arrange a suitable time to drop off the camera.

Cameras must be fully charged as we cannot clean the camera with no charge.

To get the best performance from your equipment, we recommend that professional photographers have their camera sensors cleaned once a month and amateurs once every three months. Be sure to ask your technical sales representative about this invaluable service today.
