Calumet is looking for fifteen fit photographers to join Tim Wallace, an acclaimed, award-winning car photographer, for this two day educational seminar on 14th and 15t October.

This exclusive event is supported by Hasselblad, Profoto, Epson and onOne and will offer professional photographers, aspirational amateurs and car enthusiasts a chance to learn the basics of quality automotive photography in the seminar room and on location.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn from the master. Tim works with many blue-chip names in the industry, including Aston Martin, Jaguar and Vitesse Supercars and on this seminar he will demonstrate how to capture stunning car images both static form and in action on off-road tracks.

Delegates should have at least basic photo-skills and will also need to be reasonably fit as there is some steep gradient walking involved.

Day 1 – Capture

The first day is mainly about the opportunity to take images in locations that provide excellent opportunities for photography. Tim and the vendors are on hand to be able to help and guide you through the day. There is an information session at the start of the event during which time our Tim will guide you through the key aspects that you need to know to capture successful images.

Tim will be hosting a complete lighting setup from scratch out on location and then shoot it as he would on the latest Hasselblad , after this he will then be giving those that wish to a chance to try and also look at changing lighting etc.
